64/365 To the Future
I started out the new year with some things that I wanted to do and improve on. I was excited about finding some ways to make my life better or more ideal. I got going on a pretty good path, but I’ve fallen off a little bit lately.
My ankle sprain had a lot to do with it because I wasn’t able to get around as easily, and I was in a lot of pain for a while. I am just now starting to get things back on track, but I’m having a hard time doing it. I need to stop eating sugar again and get some running done because I really, really want to keep the 40+ pounds off that I have already lost!
